Welcome to the OCHS/SOHS Class of '91 20-year reunion blog! You will find MANY useful links on this page including a paypal link to pay for your reunion tickets (*pay by the extended 4/22 deadline to get the earlybird reduced rate!), a link to the reduced Marriott rates ($129/nt while rooms last, reg. $159/nt), a link to "LOST" alumni who we are still trying to locate (please email us at sohsochsreunion@gmail.com if you know how to reach any of these folks) and a link to another event that is occurring the same weekend, the Trent DiGiuro Foundation Day at the Races (a family friendly event)!
I want you to know that your Reunion Committee is AWESOME and I so appreciate how hard they have been working for you over the last 8 months to make this event a weekend to remember! FYI: your ticket price also includes an optional casual Friday night event at Buckhead's on the river in Jeffersonville--hors d'oeuvres provided! We have our own private indoor space as well as a private deck with a beautiful view of Louisville across the river (free parking)!
We have contact information for about 80% of our class, so please spread the word about this blog and the 6/11/11 reunion to any Class of 1991 alumni you know! They do NOT have to have graduated from OCHS/SOHS--as long as they went to our schools for a period of time an have an interest in coming, they are welcome! And, please, PLEASE try to pay by the 4/22 Extended Earlybird deadline in order to give the committee the ability to make your reunion the best EVER!
We will NOT be sending out tickets to cut costs, but our Treasurer, Tina McIntire Revak, will email a confirmation when payment is received (this is your receipt) and a master list will be kept at the door with wristbands to be handed out to ensure no crashers! :-)
There is no specific "dress code" for this event. We recognize some alumni may dress up, but we want everyone to simply "COME AS YOU ARE!" Bald, bleached, divorced, we don't care!
We also think you will LOVE the layout of the reunion--it's not your typical formal style reception layout--instead it is more like "cocktail hour" with several high top tables, an area with a couch and chairs and a few "sit-down tables."
